RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC (Aug. 3, 2020) – GoTriangle managers are closely monitoring weather updates as Tropical Storm Isaias approaches the North Carolina coast, and the agency will keep customers fully informed if weather conditions warrant any service changes.

The safety of our customers and employees is always the No. 1 priority at GoTriangle.

Transit customers are encouraged to sign up for email alerts and check service alerts on the gotriangle.org website, to download the TransLoc app or to call the Regional Information Center for updates and help at 919-485-7433.

In addition to monitoring gotriangle.org, transit customers also can follow the agency’s Twitter and Facebook accounts for service updates or any detours. Follow GoTriangle on Twitter at @GoTriangle and on Facebook at @GoTriangle. The TransLoc app and triangle.transloc.com website offer real-time updates on when buses should arrive. During weather events, GoTriangle also is in contact with state emergency management officials and is on standby if needed to make buses, operators and dispatchers available to help with any necessary evacuations or deliveries.
